Who operates this service
Traffic Rescue is developed by Mansi Agarwal. For privacy questions or requests, contact themansigoel@gmail.com or use our contact page. This policy describes the app and website; third-party providers have their own privacy terms.
Progress and settings
The app stores completed levels, coins, hint usage, booster inventory, and settings on your device. The game does not require an app account. If you choose Sync, progress is saved and merged in your private Apple CloudKit database associated with your iCloud account. Restore retrieves saved progress from that database. Apple manages that service; we do not receive your Apple password.
Gameplay analytics
Firebase Analytics is enabled automatically when the app starts. It measures app interactions such as level starts, completions, failures, hints, ad interactions, screen visits, and purchase-flow outcomes, together with technical information such as app/device information, an app-instance identifier, session information and approximate location inferred from network information. Our custom events do not include your name, email address, payment details or message text.
The app does not currently provide an analytics switch. Analytics advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization consent are disabled in the app. The analytics integration does not include advertising identifier (IDFA) support, and vendor identifier (IDFV) collection is disabled. Advertisements
Free players can see Google AdMob interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. The app asks for permission through the system App Tracking Transparency prompt before allowing tracking for personalized advertising. When permission is granted, Google and its advertising partners may use identifiers and advertising interaction data across apps and websites to personalize ads and measure their effectiveness, subject to regional consent choices. If permission is declined, restricted or not granted, the app requests non-personalized ads and disables the advertising SDK’s publisher first-party identifier. Google and its advertising partners may still process device information, IP address, identifiers where permitted, and ad performance or interaction data for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads do not mean no data collection. The app uses Google’s regional consent flow and offers Ad privacy choices when required.
You can change tracking permission in your device settings. Regional advertising consent is handled separately through the in-app Ad privacy choices when required. Lifetime Pro removes both interstitial and rewarded ads. Each level includes two free hints; additional Pro hints cost 50 earned in-game coins. Free players can watch an optional rewarded ad for an extra hint. See Google’s privacy policy and Google advertising information.
Purchases and reminders
Apple handles payment and transaction processing. The app uses verified StoreKit transactions to deliver purchased benefits; we do not receive full payment-card information. Local reminders are optional and require notification permission. They are scheduled on your device, rather than delivered by a developer-run push server.
Website and contact form
This static website does not include our own analytics, advertising scripts, tracking pixels or a newsletter database. When published, its hosting provider may process technical access logs such as IP addresses and requested pages.
If you submit the contact form, your name, email address, topic, optional device/level details, and message are sent to FormSubmit and forwarded to our support inbox. FormSubmit may use spam prevention including reCAPTCHA. Your submission is not sent until you choose Send message. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive information. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information. You can also email us directly.
Retention and requests
Local progress stays on your device until you remove the app or its data. iCloud information follows Apple’s storage and account controls. Provider-held analytics and advertising information follow their configured retention and applicable provider policies. Support messages are kept only as needed to respond, resolve issues, maintain necessary records, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of support information we hold. Some data is controlled directly by Apple or Google and may require using their privacy tools.
Children
School-themed illustrations are part of the game. The app is not represented as an exclusively child-directed service. We do not ask players for their age or knowingly request children’s personal information through the game. Parents should contact us if a child has submitted personal information through support so we can address it. Advertising settings and store disclosures must reflect the actual intended audience.
International processing and updates
Service providers may process information outside your country under their applicable safeguards and terms. We may update this policy when features or providers change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
