MonitorGlow for macOS · Effective Date: September 4, 2026
Sunshine Studios ("we", "us", or "our") built MonitorGlow as a privacy-first macOS utility. We believe your hardware configuration and computer usage belong entirely to you.
MonitorGlow does NOT collect, transmit, store, sell, or share any personally identifiable information (PII). All brightness adjustments, monitor preferences, shortcut listeners, and optical night mode configurations remain strictly local to your Mac.
To control external displays, MonitorGlow communicates with connected monitors using macOS CoreGraphics gamma tables and standard DDC/CI protocols. This communication occurs directly between your Mac's graphics output and the connected display panel. No screen contents, window names, or video streams are ever captured or analyzed.
Purchases for MonitorGlow Pro are processed directly through Apple's App Store Connect StoreKit 2 infrastructure. We do not process, collect, or store any credit card or financial information. All billing data is governed solely by Apple's Privacy Policy.
MonitorGlow does not embed any third-party ad networks, tracking pixels, or telemetry brokers. The app functions 100% offline.
If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy, you may contact the developer directly at themansigoel@gmail.com.
