Mansi Agarwal ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Mantra Chanting: Japa Mala mobile application for iOS and watchOS. Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. Our software is built from the ground up to respect your personal boundaries and keep your spiritual practice completely private.

1. Zero Information Collection & Transmission

We do not operate external web servers, databases, or cloud accounts to log your meditation records. All information you configure in the app — including custom focus mantras, session targets, running streaks, and historical completion logs — is saved locally on your device or in your personal iCloud container. We have no access to this data and cannot compile, share, or sell it.

2. On-Device Acoustic Analysis Processing

To enable hands-free acoustic counting:

• Microphone Input: The app utilizes the device microphone to detect sound peak classifications. This audio stream is processed instantly in the device's volatile memory and is never saved or exported.
• Speech Recognition: Speech matches for focus mantras are handled strictly using iOS local on-device APIs. No voice recordings or transcriptions are sent to third-party servers.

3. StoreKit 2.0 & Apple Purchases

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled securely through Apple's native App Store checkout interface. No credit card information, billing details, or user identity parameters are shared with us.

4. Google Firebase Analytics & Cloud Messaging

We use Google Firebase SDKs (specifically Firebase Analytics and Firebase Cloud Messaging) to optimize app stability, understand aggregated, anonymous usage trends, and deliver optional daily practice reminders. The data collected is strictly anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally.
